Job Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging Hindi language lessons as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments to enhance student learning.
- Foster a positive and interactive classroom environment that encourages language development.
- Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate progress with parents and school management.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methodologies to improve language skills.
- Organize language-related activities, competitions, and cultural events to enhance student engagement.
- Maintain discipline in the classroom and ensure adherence to school policies.
- Participate in faculty meetings, training programs, and professional development activities.
- Support students in extracurricular and co-curricular activities related to Hindi language and literature.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field.
- B.Ed. degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Hindi in a CBSE school.
- Strong understanding of the CBSE curriculum and assessment methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for teaching and assessment.
- Passion for teaching and ability to motivate students to learn Hindi.
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques and student engagement strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and school staff.
- Candidates with prior UAE teaching experience and approval from the Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA) will be preferred.
