- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Generate standard reports as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Follow company procedures and data entry standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar clerical role.
- Fast typing skills (at least 40–60 words per minute).
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Prior experience in data entry or clerical work in an educational environment preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and student information systems (e.g., PowerSchool, SIMS).
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM).

- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
