  • Enter data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
  • Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies.
  • Update and maintain customer or client records.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness before submission.
  • Assist in maintaining digital records of school correspondence and official documents.
  • Handle confidential information in compliance with school policies.
  • Generate data reports for teachers, counselors, and school leadership.
  • Respond to data-related inquiries from staff and parents in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the admissions and finance teams to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Retrieve data from various sources when requested.
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Generate standard reports as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Follow company procedures and data entry standards.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar clerical role.
  • Fast typing skills (at least 40–60 words per minute).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and data entry software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Prior experience in data entry or clerical work in an educational environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and student information systems (e.g., PowerSchool, SIMS).
  • Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM).
