Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Business Studies and Economics lessons in line with the British curriculum (IGCSE and A-Level) as a Business Studies and Economics.
- Develop and implement engaging and differentiated lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Use a variety of teaching and assessment strategies to foster academic progress and critical thinking.
- Monitor student performance through assessments, provide timely feedback, and maintain accurate records of student achievement.
- Encourage students’ interest in economics and business by creating an interactive and supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning, professional development initiatives, and school activities.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress, performance, and behavior.
- Participate actively in school events, extracurricular activities, and school improvement initiatives.
- Stay current with developments in the field of education and subject area expertise.

Qualifications and Skills – Business Studies and Economics Teacher
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Valid teaching certification (PGCE or equivalent) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful teaching experience in Business Studies or Economics.
- Proven knowledge and experience of the UK-IGCSE and A-Level curriculum is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in integrating digital tools and educational technology into teaching.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong classroom management and organizational abilities.
