Responsibilities – Home Science Teacher
- Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons in Home Science/Family Resource Management for senior section students following the CBSE curriculum.
- Plan, prepare, and execute lesson plans that cater to varied learning styles, promoting critical thinking and practical application of knowledge.
- Maintain accurate academic records, assess student progress regularly, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging students’ creativity, independence, and holistic development.
- Integrate modern teaching methodologies, including digital tools and IT resources, to enhance learning experiences.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, school leadership, and parents to ensure a consistent and high-quality educational experience.
- Participate actively in extracurricular activities, school events, and projects related to Home Science to enrich students’ overall development.
Home Science Teacher Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Home Science or Family Resource Management (BSc/MSc).
- A recognized teaching qualification, preferably a B.Ed.
- Proven experience teaching the CBSE curriculum at the senior section level.
- Strong IT skills and proficiency in educational technology.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to engage effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Creative, enthusiastic, and passionate about fostering learning both inside and outside the classroom.
- UAE-based teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Resident visa holders are preferred.
- All educational certificates must be duly attested.
